Heart Touching Story - Parents Love

These online colleges programs aren't right for everyone. If you want face-to-face access to professors and support services or lack self-discipline and time-management skills, rethink whether online-only is the best choice.
Once upon a time in a village, there was an old man named Harry.  He hadn’t seen his son for a few years and wanted to meet his son who lived in a big city.  He started his journey and came to the city where his son used to work and stay.  He went to the place from where he used to get letters long back.  When he knocked the door he was very excited and smiled with joy to meet his son.  Unfortunately, someone else opened the door.  Harry asked, “I suppose Sam should be staying in this place.”  The person said, “No! He had left the place and shifted to a different location.” Harry was so disappointed and just thinking how to meet his son.
These online colleges institutions cater mainly to working professionals. Online programs are often designed to be flexible because they mainly attract working adults. But online-only universities may more likely be structured in a way that satisfies working students' other needs, perhaps with multiple starting points throughout the year and accelerated options, says Jennifer Mathes, director of strategic partnerships for the Online Learning Consortium, an organization aiming to improve online higher education.
He started to walk in the street and the neighbors asked Harry, “Are you looking for Sam?” Harry responded by nodding his head. The neighbors gave the present address and office address of Sam to the Harry. Harry thanked them and started towards the path which will lead to his son.  Harry went to the office and asked at the reception counter, “Could you please tell me the location of Sam, in this office?” The receptionist asked, “May I know how you are related to him?” Harry responded politely by saying, “I’m his father.” The receptionist said, Harry to wait for a moment and rang up to Sam and conveyed the same. Sam was shocked and told the receptionist to send his father to the cabin immediately.

Harry entered the cabin and when he saw Sam, his eyes were filled with tears. Sam was happy to see his father. They had a simple conversation for a while and then Harry asked Sam, “Son! Mom wants to see you. Can you Come home with me?”

Sam responded, “Sorry father. I can’t come. I am very busy working for my success and it’s hard to manage a leave to visit as my hands are full with loads of work .”  Harry gave a simple smile and said, “Okay! You may do your work. I’ll be going back to our village today evening.”  Sam asked, “You can stay for a few days with me. Please.”  Harry responded after a moment of silence, “Son. You are busy with your tasks. I don’t want to make you uncomfortable or become a burden for you.” Continued, “I hope if ever had a chance to meet you again, I would be really happy.” He left the place.
online colleges Accreditation is particularly important. Accreditation is verification from an outside authority that a college or university – and in some cases, a specific program – meets certain standards of quality, whether it's on campus, online or a combination. Though a voluntary process, accreditation increases the likelihood that employers will accept a job candidate's degree and that credits will transfer, among other benefits.
After a few weeks, Sam wondered why his father came alone after a long time, he felt bad for treating his father in a weird bad manner.  He felt guilty for it and took a leave in office for a few days and went to his village to meet his father.  When he went to the place where he was born and grew up, he saw that his parents were not there.  He was shocked and asked the neighbors, “What happened here? My parents have to be there. Where are they now?”  The neighbors gave the address of the place where his parents are staying.

Sam rushed to the place and noticed that the place was like a graveyard. Sam eyes were filled with tears and started to walk slowly towards the place.  His father Harry noticed Sam in a far distance and waved his hand to draw his attention.  Sam saw his father and started to run and hugged him.
online colleges-only doesn't automatically mean lower quality. Students should weigh many factors – faculty, reputation, availability of student services, cost and course structure, to name a few – when choosing a program rather than jumping to conclusions, experts say. Despite not having access to in-person resources, online colleges students may find other advantages to choosing a school that only focuses on them. Harry asked, “How are you?” and continued, “What a surprise to see you here.  I didn’t expect that you would be coming to this place.”  Sam felt ashamed and kept his head down.  Harry said, “Why are you feeling bad.  Has anything wrong happened?”  Sam responded, “No father” continued, “It’s just I never knew that I would be seeing you in this position in our village.”

Harry smiled and said, “I had taken a loan when you moved to a city for your college to pay for your education, then again when you wanted a new car,  but due to a loss in farming, I couldn’t repay the loan. So I thought of approaching you for a help, but you were very busy and stressed with your work.  I just didn’t want to burden you with this problem and remained silent and I had to let go of our home to repay the loan.”
Access to faculty and student services of online colleges may still be available. Just because students at online-only schools don't have access to a campus doesn't mean support staff aren't available virtually. Phil Molling, an enrollment counselor at the online, for-profit Capella University, says students often communicate with faculty via email and phone. Students may also use videoconferencing, experts say.
Sam whispered, “You could’ve told me. I’m not an outsider. I am your son.”  Harry turned around and said, “You were very busy and stressed with your work which made me remain quiet.  All we wanted was your happiness. So I kept quiet.”

Sam started to cry and hugged his father again.  He apologized to his father and asked to forgive him for his mistake.  Harry smiled and said, “No need for that.  I’m happy with what I got now.  All I want is that you spare some time for us, we love you very much and at this old age it’s hard to travel to see you often.”

Moral: Parents will always be there and give everything they could just to make you happy. We take them for granted, we don’t appreciate all they do for us until it’s too late.  When you find a path of success in your life, carry on but don’t leave your parents behind as they are the true reason for your success. Many are for-profit schools. online colleges,  While public institutions are now increasingly creating separate online programs or departments, online-only universities are more likely to be for-profit than nonprofit, says Mathes. Experts say some employers may be more hesitant to accept for-profit online degrees, though they note quality varies widely within the sector. online colleges Courses may still have clinical requirements. While Western Governors classifies itself as a completely online university, some programs – including those where students can attain a nursing licensure – still require students to complete some work in person, says Daren Upham, vice president of academic operations at the school.
